My soul purpose is assist Gaia and the collective during this incredible shift into higher states of consciousness.
I am a Reiki Master, Meditation Guide, Yoga Instructor, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Sound healing Practitioner, Ceremonialist and Retreat Host.
It is truly an honour to serve, teach and share the tools that have guided and supported me so far along my journey.
My healing journey began from a young age, my purpose is to share, heal and serve humanity.
I studied Holistic nutrition in my early 20's because I craved to understand our food, what fuels us and how to respect what we put into out bodies. This began a life long love for alternative healing, energy work and the miracle of understanding our deep inner knowledge.
I am a traveler and a seeker, I traveled the world, learned other languages and integrated new cultures into my own. Seeking to understand the meaning of life and why we are here. Eventually realizing the truth & the answers all lie within ourselves.
I became a yoga instructor in magical Mexico under the stars ⭐ were I found profound transformation with sound healing and Meditation.
A Reiki Master. I also studied multiple other healing modalities. Everyday I work with Source to deepen my connection and help bring healing tools for myself, my family and to others.
Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, this profoundly transformative practice helped shed the layers between me and the density holding me back from stepping into my highest and bestest self!
My goal is to remind you of the power you hold within & allow your remembrance. REMEMBER you are a magical being of light in motion!

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Meditation encourages a heightened state of calm and present moment awareness. Meditation is a consciousness-changing technique shown to have many benefits on psychological, physical and energetic wellbeing.

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga it’s primary focus is relaxation and healing. The use of support props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters support the body in holing passive poses. The aim is to hold stretch for a length of time, typically 5–20 minutes, to encourage deep relaxation of the muscles and the nervous system.
