Breathwork Ceremony

Journey together as we flow through a number of different breathing techniques which induce a natural release of DMT and dense energy from within the body, mind and soul.

Each ceremony begins with intention setting and heart opening cacao ceremony.

We move into the power of breathwork, weaving in and out the energy of love and surrendering deep releasing held in the body. mind and sprint.

Sound Healing and guided meditation sooth us back into with 432 hertz frequency to repair and restore deep into the tissues, muscles and energy body.

Sound baths are a unique type of meditation that is able to guide you into a deep meditative state while you are enveloped in the powerful sounds of incredible healing instruments.

Our sound baths begin with a guided meditation & intention setting. A variety of healing instruments take us on a journey through vibration, frequency and sound. This type of meditation is helpful to release any stress or tension, in the mind body and spirit. An incredible journey for those with years of meditation experience and those seeking a meditation groove.
